A study in warmth and craftsmanship, Eloquencia combines herringbone flooring, bespoke handmade doors, and calming art to create a space that feels quietly elevated. A mahogany dining table, suede furnishings, and a statement sideboard sculpted like an artwork complete the composition a home that speaks softly, yet with intent.

An upscale conversation nook designed for both display and dialogue. PSB frames high-end jewelry within a setting of travertine surfaces, gold accents, and coffered ceilings, creating a space where every interaction feels rare, refined, and purposeful.

TDC challenged convention as a back-unit property that needed presence. We extruded the façade for visibility and introduced cladding solutions to air and refresh the bathrooms, turning structural constraints into a design statement that feels both functional and striking
